A BRIEF HISTORY

THE BEGINNING

The Coalition for Antagonistic Bureaucracy and Adverse Logistics was formally established in [REDACTED], though internal records suggest its precursor organization — known only as 'The Arrangement' — had been quietly influencing global affairs for considerably longer.
