ABOUT C.A.B.A.L.

PURPOSE

 The Coalition for Antagonistic Bureaucracy and Adverse Logistics exists to ensure the continued smooth operation of global civilization through the application of absolute authority, comprehensive surveillance, and the strategic management of outcomes. We do not seek recognition. We do not require gratitude. We simply require compliance.

PATIENCE

 C.A.B.A.L. takes the long view. We have been planning for contingencies that have not yet occurred. We have files on events that have not yet happened. Patience is not passive — it is the deliberate accumulation of advantage over time.

A BRIEF HISTORY

THE BEGINNING

The Coalition for Antagonistic Bureaucracy and Adverse Logistics was formally established in [REDACTED], though internal records suggest its precursor organization — known only as 'The Arrangement' — had been quietly influencing global affairs for considerably longer. The exact founding date remains classified at the request of the founding members, most of whom are still alive and prefer it that way.


What began as a small gathering of like-minded individuals who shared a passion for order, control, and the occasional light manipulation of world events has grown into the most powerful organization you have never officially heard of. C.A.B.A.L. has been present at every major turning point in modern history. We cannot confirm this. We also cannot deny it. We simply note that things have generally gone according to plan.

THE EXPANSION

 Significant growth in operational scope. Expanded surveillance infrastructure. Introduced the Bureau of Adverse Logistics. Began issuing public-facing communications for the first time, with mixed results.

MODERNIZATION

 Embraced digital operations. Launched public transparency initiative (this website). Authorized the Field Recruitment Exercise program. Approved public reveal of our Senior Executive Curator of Human Trajectories. Results have been... acceptable.
